What does MELP actually do?
MELP helps companies connect, recognize, and reward their people through a modern employee engagement platform. We've created a convenient app for employees and intuintive desktop platform for HR professionals.
Where is MELP based?
Our HQ is in Vilnius, Lithuania, but our team is global. We work flexibly from wherever we’re most productive, with the office open for those who love in-person brainstorming.
What’s your working model like?
We’re remote-friendly and trust-based. You’ll have clear goals and the freedom to decide how, where, and when to get great work done. We prioritize impact over hours and outcomes over optics.
