We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner, a visionary who can connect business goals with elegant, practical execution. You’ll sit at the center of Business, Development, and Customer Success, guiding product strategy and delivery from concept to release.
You’ll work with our in-house developers (team of 3) and top-tier tech partners to create solutions that scale, not just new buttons, but meaningful features that drive engagement and retention.
Your Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Ownership
· Define, prioritize, and own the product roadmap.
· Translate business and customer needs into clear epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Manage the release calendar and ensure alignment with the company’s growth plans.
· Drive product innovation around automation, AI, and HR fintech features.
· Ensure every new release delivers real user and business value.
2. Cross-Team Leadership
· Act as the bridge between Business and Development — ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment.
· Collaborate with Customer Service to reproduce escalations and refine edge cases.
· Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
· Communicate progress and expectations to leadership and stakeholders clearly and consistently.
3. Quality & Delivery
· Own release readiness and testing, ensuring new features work flawlessly across use cases.
· Test edge cases and related features in depth before launch.
· Monitor estimation vs. delivery — managing expectations and optimizing team capacity.
Who You Are
· 5–10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS or digital platforms.
· Experience in international product development — ideally with exposure to the UK or Western Europe.
· Comfortable working with cross-functional, multicultural teams (6+ nationalities).
· Deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and agile workflows.
· Passion for automation, AI, and intelligent UX.
· Sharp eye for design consistency and user experience details.
· Excellent communicator — able to turn complexity into clarity.
· Curious, ambitious, and eager to build a product that genuinely improves working lives.

- Customer support: Responding to client inquiries, updating contracts, maintaining communication, organizing meetings, and evaluating product performance within client companies
- Technical setup: Assisting your manager with onboarding new clients — understanding their needs, gathering information and benefits content, and uploading everything to the MELP platform. Over time, you’ll take full ownership of the onboarding process
- Administrative processes: Managing invoices and payments with partners, purchasing and transferring gift cards to client companies, and preparing reconciliation acts and other documents
We’ll be excited to meet you if
- You have experience in customer service (SaaS experience is a strong advantage)
- You communicate fluently in English
- You’re skilled at organizing and coordinating your own work
- You enjoy communicating with clients and working with documentation

Where is MELP based?
Our HQ is in Vilnius, Lithuania, but our team is global. We work flexibly from wherever we’re most productive, with the office open for those who love in-person brainstorming.
