What can the training module be used for?

GDPR and compliance training, new employee onboarding, internal policy acknowledgements, product and process training, leadership and soft-skills learning, and knowledge checks after company updates.

Can employees be rewarded for completing trainings?

Yes. Trainings can be linked with the Recognition functionality, so employees receive points for successfully completed sessions. Organisations can also award points outside the Recognition feature, separately from peer-to-peer appreciation.

Can HR teams track who has completed each training?
