How do I log in to the MELP app?
Download the MELP app from Google Play or the App Store. Depending on which login method your organisation has approved, you can log in in one of the following ways:
- With your phone number:

- With your phone number and the last 4 digits of your personal ID number (your organisation may use a different 4-digit code instead, such as an internal employee code or payroll number):

- With your organisation’s Microsoft account:

Note: if you are unsure which login method is used in your organisation, please contact your organisation’s HR department.
