What should I do if I am not receiving MELP app notifications about new benefits, news, surveys or recognitions assigned to me?
App notifications are managed separately on each device. If you are not receiving MELP notifications, check your device settings:
On Android devices:
- Open Settings;
- Select Apps;
- Find and select the MELP app from the list;
- Tap Notifications.

We also recommend:
- Checking whether Do Not Disturb mode is turned off;
- Making sure background activity or battery usage is not restricted for the MELP app (Battery optimisation).
On iOS (iPhone) devices:
- Open Settings;
- Select Notifications;
- Find and select the MELP app from the list;
- Make sure Allow Notifications is enabled;
- Check that at least one notification display method is selected (Lock Screen, Notification Centre, or Banners).

We also recommend checking whether Focus / Do Not Disturb mode is turned on, as this may limit how notifications are shown.
We suggest always keeping MELP app notifications enabled so that important information reaches you as quickly as possible.
