Update on MELP | February 2026

February was another productive month for the MELP platform. From product improvements and new security features to expanding our discount network, we continued working on making MELP more useful, reliable, and engaging for both companies and their employees. We also prepared for one of our favourite community initiatives — the Kudos Wave Challenge, which launched at the beginning of March.

🚀 Product Updates & New Releases

February brought several improvements to the MELP platform, focusing on AI usability, security, and operational efficiency.

We introduced updates to the AI assistant that make responses clearer and easier to navigate. AI answers are now automatically formatted for better readability, with numbered source references displayed directly next to relevant text and a dedicated Sources section at the end of each response where users can preview references with a single click. We also improved the underlying logic used to retrieve and construct answers, resulting in more accurate and coherent responses. A big thank you to Samuel Petrucci and Miguel Gómez for leading these improvements.

On the security side, a new Security panel has been added to Company General Settings. This includes a Session Timeout feature, allowing companies to automatically log users out after a defined period of inactivity. Users receive a one-minute warning before the session ends, with the option to continue working or log out. In addition, the new IP Whitelist feature enables organisations to restrict system access to approved IP addresses, adding an extra layer of protection.

We also introduced a small but highly requested improvement for the Customer Success team: vouchers can now be filtered and sorted by creation date, making it faster and easier to find and manage vouchers when supporting clients.

🎉 New Discounts Added

February continued the momentum with 32 new discounts added to the MELP platform, further expanding the variety of savings and experiences available to employees.

Among the new partners are brands across Lithuania and Estonia, covering categories such as health and wellness, fitness, home and lifestyle, food, retail, and everyday services. The new additions include businesses like BENU, Kavos Žinovai, PowerFitness, and Sanatorija, alongside a diverse mix of local boutiques, wellness studios, online stores, and service providers.

These new discounts strengthen MELP’s everyday value, giving employees even more opportunities to save on both practical purchases and experiences that support their wellbeing and lifestyle.

🙌 Kudos Wave Challenge: Spreading Gratitude

February was also dedicated to preparing the Kudos Wave Challenge, which took place March 2–6. The initiative encouraged teams to create a wave of appreciation across their organisations by recognising colleagues and celebrating everyday contributions.

Throughout the challenge, employees shared kudos, highlighting the small and big actions that often go unnoticed but make work better for everyone. The goal was simple: to remind teams that recognition and gratitude are powerful drivers of engagement and connection at work.

It was inspiring to see organisations join the wave and celebrate their people.

We’ll continue building on this momentum in the coming months — improving the platform, expanding our partner network, and launching initiatives that help create more connected and engaged workplaces.
