Logging in

To log in to the MELP app:
1. Go to Google Play or Apple Store and download MELP.com application.
2. Install the Application to your smartphone and open it
3. Read and accept terms and conditions and start using the  
4. Choose login type and follow the instructions

To log out of the MELP app:
1. Click 'More'
2. Choose to ‘Log out’

If you are facing any problems, contact your HR manager.

1. Check your credentials;

2. Be sure you are using the correct username and password. If you are not sure about your username, please contact your HR manager.

3. Reset your password: On the login page, you can find a link to reset your password. You have to enter your username (email address) and we will send you instructions on how to reset your password.

To log in to your organization account:

1. Go to melp.com/login

2. Choose login type and follow the instructions

3. Click the button to log in

If you forgot your password, you may reset or change your password: Click to reset your password.

To log out of your organization account:

1. At the upper right corner next to your account name click the arrow to expand Settings

2. Choose to log out button

To keep your account safe and protected we recommend logging out of the system after each usage.
