How long will it take for my ordered voucher to be generated?

The voucher generation time depends on the provider. You will receive your gift voucher:

Within a few minutes of placing the order (for many providers, voucher generation is automatic, so it is available immediately after the order is placed);
Within 1 working day of placing the order (some providers only order vouchers after you submit your order, so voucher generation may take up to 24 hours).

If the voucher does not appear in the Orders section of the MELP app within the stated time, we recommend contacting your HR department for more detailed information.

If your order cannot be processed within 24 hours due to system-related technical issues, it will be cancelled. You will receive a notification in the app, see the reason for cancellation, and your MELP wallet balance will be restored automatically.
