These companies process personal data on MELP's behalf. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement and the same data protection obligations as MELP.
Every sub-processor has signed a data processing agreement with MELP.
All data is stored in data centres inside the EU.
We'll email you at least 30 days before we add or replace a sub-processor, so you have time to ask questions or raise any concerns.
MELP runs in Amazon's cloud data centres in Ireland and Germany. These partners host the platform and keep the servers running.
When MELP sends your people an email or a text message, these partners deliver it. Our own email and documents run on Microsoft 365.
When you contact our team or work with your account manager, we keep track of it here so nothing gets lost.
Our development partners build and maintain MELP and connect it to the shops and systems you use. They work on the platform itself, where your data already is.
This applies only to clients who have switched on AI features, such as AI Chat or invoice recognition in Expense compensation.
