MELP alamtöötlejad

Iga MELP alamtöötleja, kes töötleb isikuandmeid MELP volitusel ja nimel, sõlmib MELP-ga eraldi andmetöötluslepingu. Käesoleva lepingu kohaselt nõustub alltöötleja järgima vastava vastutava töötleja juhiseid ja kohaldatavaid andmekaitsealaseid õigusakte.
