Can I recognise a colleague anonymously?

All recognitions are public. The purpose of this feature is to encourage a culture of appreciation, highlight colleagues’ behaviour that reflects organisational values or encouraged behaviours, and celebrate this publicly across the organisation.

This way, other colleagues will also learn about the recognised colleague’s contribution, be able to react to the recognition, and leave a comment.
