How do I recognise a colleague?

You can find the recognition programme section on the MELP app home screen. This feature may be adapted to each organisation’s needs and vision, but the main process for giving recognition is the same for all MELP users:

1. In the recognition programme section, tap Give;
2. Select the colleague you want to recognise from the list or by using search;
3. Choose the achievement — value or value-based behaviour — for which you are giving recognition;
4. Write a comment (at least 25 characters). The comment must comply with your organisation’s policy — it should not contain offensive language, repetition, or personal data;
5. You can add a photo from your gallery or a GIF to make the recognition feed more engaging;
6. Tap Submit — your recognition will appear in the shared recognition feed.
