In addition to its cultural and values-based meaning, you may also be rewarded for received recognitions.

How the system works depends on your organisation’s decisions. Follow internal communications to find out whether, in your organisation:

  1. Only points are accumulated;
  2. Points are accumulated, and the most engaged employees are periodically recognised and additionally rewarded;
  3. Points are accumulated and converted into money to be spent in the MELP shop.
