I want to use one of the discounts available to MELP users, but I am experiencing issues. What should I do?
The MELP discounts section is dynamic and continuously updated. There you will find offers from different providers, each with its own conditions. You can find the description and terms of each discount by opening the relevant offer in the discounts section.

Most issues arise for one of the following reasons:
- The discount is being applied to a product or service it does not cover;
- The discount is being used in a different way from the one specified (for example, trying to use it in-store when it only applies online, or vice versa);
- The discount is being applied to an already discounted item when discounts cannot be combined.
In rare cases, issues may also occur because of technical updates or temporary disruptions in the provider’s systems. In such cases, the problem is usually temporary.
In every case, we recommend carefully reviewing the provider’s terms and the specified way of using the discount. If used according to the description, it should apply smoothly.
If the problem persists
If you are still unable to use the discount despite following all the stated conditions, please let us know through the MELP app:
- Open the discount you were unable to use in the MELP app;
- Tap Report a discount issue;
- Describe the situation;
- Tap Submit.
We aim to ensure that all MELP offers are relevant and work smoothly, so we respond promptly to reports received and work with providers to resolve any possible issues.
