📄 Download survey results in PDF

You can now download survey results in PDF format. It’s perfect for sharing summaries with leadership, adding insights to HR presentations or saving reports for later. With one click, your team’s feedback becomes a clear, ready-to-share document.

💬 Admin comments and status in TrustBox messages

Managing feedback is now simpler. Admins can add comments and mark message statuses in TrustBox to keep discussions transparent. You can now indicate whether something is resolved, in progress or still needs attention. It helps HR and managers close the loop faster.

🎉 Customisable recognition feed name

You can now rename your recognition feed to match your company’s culture. Call it “Cheers Board”, “Wall of Fame”, “Kudos Corner” or anything that feels right for your team. This small detail helps make recognition more meaningful and personal.

🛍️ Smarter shop filters

We’ve added the option to exclude selections from filter results in the MELP Shop. This update makes it easier for employees to find exactly what they want and skip what they don’t.
