Update on MELP | August 2025

Product updates

Expense export now limited to 1 year

To keep your MELP experience smooth and speedy, we’ve made an important update to how expenses are exported.

After noticing rare but impactful performance spikes, our team tracked the issue down to massive data loads during expense exports. To prevent system slowdowns and downtime, we’ve introduced a 1-year limit on expense export date ranges.

What this means for you:
You’ll still get all the data you need – just in manageable chunks. Select a custom date range within a 12-month period to export expenses as usual, with better reliability and performance across the platform.

Add images to surveys

Your surveys just got an upgrade!

Now you can attach images directly to your MELP surveys, making them more engaging, visual, and easier to understand. Whether you're showing an example, asking for feedback on a visual concept, or just making your questions more fun, this new feature helps you collect better insights from your team.

Try it with:

  • Mood check-ins with emoji-style visuals
  • Visual-based recognition surveys
  • Quick feedback on posters, designs, or workspace improvements
