Update on MELP | December 2025

December was about finishing the year strong: improving clarity in everyday HR tasks, and making recognition and benefits management feel lighter and more intuitive. Rather than introducing complexity, this month’s updates focused on small, practical improvements that save time and reduce friction for HR teams.

Platform updates (December)

1. Regenerate individual transmission acts from the dashboard

MELP administrators can now regenerate individual transmission acts directly from the admin dashboard, without needing workarounds or manual support.

This gives HR teams more control and flexibility when handling corrections or updates, especially in larger organisations.

2. Clear separation between HR admins and integrations

We’ve introduced new tabs in the company administrators view, clearly separating:

This makes permissions easier to understand and reduces the risk of confusion when managing access.

3. Smarter departments filter when working with multiple companies

When one or more companies are selected in the company filter, the departments filter now shows only the departments that belong to those selected companies.

A small improvement but one that makes navigation faster and reporting more accurate for HR teams managing complex structures.

4. Discount reports export to XLS

Discount reports can now be exported directly to XLS format, making it easier to analyse usage, share insights internally, or include data in HR reporting.

5. New emojis in recognition points 🎉

We’ve added new emojis to recognition points to make appreciation messages feel more expressive and human.

Because recognition works best when it feels personal.
