December was about finishing the year strong: improving clarity in everyday HR tasks, and making recognition and benefits management feel lighter and more intuitive. Rather than introducing complexity, this month’s updates focused on small, practical improvements that save time and reduce friction for HR teams.
MELP administrators can now regenerate individual transmission acts directly from the admin dashboard, without needing workarounds or manual support.
This gives HR teams more control and flexibility when handling corrections or updates, especially in larger organisations.
We’ve introduced new tabs in the company administrators view, clearly separating:
This makes permissions easier to understand and reduces the risk of confusion when managing access.
When one or more companies are selected in the company filter, the departments filter now shows only the departments that belong to those selected companies.
A small improvement but one that makes navigation faster and reporting more accurate for HR teams managing complex structures.
Discount reports can now be exported directly to XLS format, making it easier to analyse usage, share insights internally, or include data in HR reporting.
We’ve added new emojis to recognition points to make appreciation messages feel more expressive and human.
Because recognition works best when it feels personal.
We’re happy to welcome new customers who joined MELP in December, including:
Thank you for trusting MELP with your people experience. We’re glad to have you with us.
Our benefits marketplace keeps growing. In December, we added over 30 new partner discounts, including brands such as Coral Travel, Rahva Raamat, and Enjoy The Wood. More choice helps employees find benefits that genuinely fit their everyday lives.
December’s updates focused on clarity, control and small quality-of-life improvements for HR teams. These changes may be subtle, but together they make MELP easier to manage and more enjoyable to use, for both HR and employees.
As we move into the new year, we’ll continue building with the same principle in mind:
less friction, more meaning, and tools that support people, not overwhelm them.
More updates coming soon!
